ABOUT US: We generally sell store returned items and sometimes overstock. SHIPPING: We will ship items either USPS or FedEx depending on location and price. But generally larger items shipped farther away from us, we use FedEx. However, Alaska and Hawaii do not allow FedEx Ground shipping, so for the larger item I will have to use USPS for shipping, therefore, there will be an extra charge, so please message me for shipping cost before making your purchase.
RETURNS: Please understand our return policy so there will be no misunderstanding. We do offer a 14-day money back return. The return shipping is paid by the buyer. I do subtract MY initial shipping item to you if I charged shipping for that item. In case of free shipping, then I charge 20% restocking fee to cover my shipping, shipping supply, and handling. The 20% restocking fee may also be charged in addition my initial shipping if I do not receive the item in the exact same condition as I shipped it to you.
