Shipping Terms on Hand Made Items:
-Shipping is FREE within the continental 48 U.S. States only.
-Most items are delivered within 3-5 business days, however, please allow 3-10 business days.
-All items are in stock when they are listed. Inventory is tracked and updated regularly. However, if demand exceeds our supply, we will give the customer the following options: Full refund. Have the item back ordered and shipped when it becomes available. We will offer other items in similar style and quality. Your bid / purchase of the item implies you agree to this policy.
-We offer International Shipping to selected countries through eBay Global Shipping Program. You will see the eBay shipping cost and import tax during the checkout process. Please Google eBay Global Shipping Program for the details.
-No shipping to APO/FPO addresses

Returns:
We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.
If you choose to return your product, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. To set up a return, you must email us and you will be provided with a return address. Returned products must be in their original, unopened package and must still be in new and unused condition. If you return your purchase due to no error on our part (you changed your mind, you ordered the wrong item, etc), you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees incurred by us. Once the item has been received and inspected your return will be processed and completed.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error:
You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty. Your return shipping charges will be waived and a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided to you without any additional cost.
When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
Any return requests received after 30 business days of receipt of merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Special Notes for Buyers Outside USA:
Most of our electric products (e.g. home and kitchen appliances, home audio/video systems and etc.) are USA standard and can only operate at 100V-120V.
