There are no instructions included and there is no original box. PDF
instructions are available online. Basic functions have been tested.

This
item is used. There are small cosmetic marks/scrapes on the frame,
the wheel centers, and some of the black plastic joint covers and
handles. There are some small, mostly faint marks on the some areas
of the fabric, notably the back lower outside corner of the seat.
There is one extremely tiny hole on the hood near a stress point.
It’s so small I didn’t see it on the first pass inspection. The
wheels have been wiped down but would probably greatly benefit from a
good cleaning using automotive tire cleaner. Since we are limited to
12 photos we can’t include every little defect but have included
photos of most of the defects mentioned above as they are
representative of the type of small defects present.
